Privacy notice

This notice explains what personal data SaaS GTM collects through saas-gtm.com, why, and what you can do about it.
Who we are
SaaS GTM is run by MarGen Holdings LTD, 35 Vincent Road, Sheffield, S7 1BW, United Kingdom.
We are the controller of the personal data described here. You can reach us at marketing@saas-gtm.com.
What we collect and why

When you send the application form, we also keep a one-way hash of the network address it came from, for one hour. It stops the form being abused. We can't turn it back into an address.
Analytics and cookies
We use Google Analytics 4 to count visits and see which pages get read. It is the only script on the site.
It sets two cookies in your browser, _ga and _ga_3G1E1QPHLD, which last up to two years. They tell Google Analytics whether you have visited before. We don't use them for advertising, and we don't link them to anything you send us through the forms.
Google says Google Analytics 4 does not log or store IP addresses.
You can stop it at any time by blocking cookies for this site in your browser, or by installing Google's opt-out add-on from tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. The site works the same either way.
What we don't do
- We don't use advertising or remarketing cookies.
- We don't sell personal data.
- Sending the application form does not add you to the newsletter.

Resend, Kit, and Google are United States companies, so some personal data is processed outside the United Kingdom. They handle it under their own data processing terms.
How long we keep it

Your rights
You have the right to ask for a copy of your data, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to how we use it, to restrict its use, and to move it elsewhere. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time. Every newsletter has an unsubscribe link.
To use any of these rights, email marketing@saas-gtm.com. We reply within one month.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Changes
If this notice changes, the date at the top changes with it.
